Junior High (Grades 7–8) – Tuesday Evenings | 6:00–7:45 PM at Zion CRC

Jr. High runs from 6:30 to 7:45 pm. However, our doors open and close at 6 and 8 pm respectively. This allows parents to drop off Jr. High students at Zion CRC Church before dropping off their other children at Awana, and then pick them up after.
Our regular nightly schedule looks something like this:
6:00-6:30 pm Doors Open, sign in, hang out,
6:30-6:50 large group game
6:50-7:45 Teaching, memorization, small group discussion
7:45-8:00 Sign out + Tuck
Two key reasons led us to choose Tuesday nights and use the CRC facility:
- We wanted to avoid asking families to commit to an additional weeknight.
- We needed more space for Junior High students to run and play larger games—something the CRC building allows us to do.
The 6:00–7:45 PM time slot aligns with AWANA’s schedule, allowing convenient drop-off and pick-up for parents.
