We are excited to share that Calvary Baptist Church is officially implementing Plan to Protect as our child protection policy! This is a significant step forward in ensuring our church continues to be a safe and nurturing environment for all children and vulnerable individuals in our care.
Your role as a volunteer is vital, and your participation in this process is incredibly important. To help us move forward together, we’re inviting you to attend one of our upcoming Plan to Protect training sessions:

Tuesday, August 26 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Sunday, September 28 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Please plan to attend one of these sessions. Whether you serve in children’s ministry, youth, or any area involving vulnerable individuals (pastors, deacons, positions of trust), this training will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to create a culture of safety and trust. Although we understand these subjects can be sensitive to our volunteers who are youth aged, we ask for them to attend as well so they have an understanding of expectations and boundaries.
If you are no longer able to serve, please let one of the ministry leaders know so we can remove you from our list.
